Based in Earley, near Reading in Berkshire, Maiden Erlegh Preschool is a member of the Early Years Alliance and as such, we readopted their constitution in May 2014. Our polices and procedures are reviewed and amended annually, unless changes are required beforehand.

Upon accepting a place at the Preschool, parents are emailed a copy of our welcome pack which includes all policies and procedures and other paperwork relating to the Preschool and its childcare, including: an offer letter, Policy documents and constitution, authorised adults form, photo permission form, email permission slip, acknowledgement of receipt of policy documents form, privacy notice and a medication consent form, internet safety information, Welcome booklet including pictures of the staff and setting, a safeguarding overview leaflet to help you prepare for your visit, information on Tapestry, our online learning journal platform and information about our committee.
